By purchasing or using services from Instantfamous ("we", "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service
We provide social media growth services (followers, likes) for Instagram and TikTok. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
2. Orders & delivery
Orders typically start within a few minutes and complete at a natural pace. You must provide a public account or a valid public post URL. We cannot deliver to private accounts.
3. Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe in EUR. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge.
4. Refunds
If we are unable to deliver an order within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not granted once delivery has been completed. Requests must be sent through our contact page.
5. User responsibilities
You confirm you own or have the right to grow the account/post you provide. Any misuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of platform rules is your sole responsibility.
6. Limitation of liability
Instantfamous is not liable for third-party platform decisions (e.g. account restrictions), indirect damages, or loss of profits. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
